Kristen was born in Lafayette, Louisiana, and spent her early years in both Louisiana and Georgia. An avid Atlanta Braves fan from a young age, she cherished the memories of attending many Braves games at Turner Field with her dad.

 

After graduating from high school, Kristen decided to join the United States Air Force, where she served from 2007 to 2011, an experience that profoundly shaped her values and sense of duty.  Years later, she earned her Associate's degree in Health Care Administration and is now working towards her Business Administration degree.

Kristen is married with two wonderful children, family is at the center of Kristen's life. She finds great joy in traveling to new destinations, capturing her experiences through writing, and exploring different cuisines through cooking.

Kristen developed her passion for farming and agriculture during her time living in Germany. Being immersed in the country's rich agricultural traditions and witnessing the dedication of local farmers deeply inspired her. She was fascinated by the sustainable farming practices and the profound connection between the land and the community and hopes to continue those practices in the future. For now, her passion is ensuring each patient has the best experience when they walk through the door.
